Brain imaging in UK Biobank

UK Biobank is a unique resource of lifestyle, genetics, and medical records in half a million UK participants. 100,000 of them have also been scanned, with 60,000 in the process of being scanned again.
 

As part of the team developing the analysis pipeline for the brain scans, I will introduce the neuroimaging dataset, and present the kind of studies that can be done using UK Biobank, including the UK Biobank COVID-19 re-imaging project that led to our Nature study (Douaud et al., 2022).
