The first one deals with cognitive processing on human communication: language and social cognition. The second one is a transverse / cross disciplinary research about restoring cerebral tissues by innovative therapies like cells grafts.

The clinical research projects we developed are based on the original concept of interventional neuropsychology, which means that we can study cognitive functions not only through their decline but also through their restoration following therapeutic intervention.

It allows the organization of workshops and conferences that take place during one or two days in order to exchange around cognition issues. It also supports visits of internationally recognized researchers and allows to initiate or consolidate collaborations. Finally, it helps in developping student exchanges between IEC and foreign universities.
